Having reflected over things today with a couple of pints of Beechams and all the catalogues etc i am really excited for 2014.
The show has changed a few of our assumptions with regard to who we will be dealing with, who we won't, and how much we will be ordering from certain places etc.
Honestly, we deal with people. Products are obviously important, so if the best bloke in the world is trying to sell me a bit of driftwood, i'll politely decline. But very rarely do good people find themselves in that situation. Equally, if you have got a ripper of a product, but you don't really want to give me the time of day, and don't seem bothered by the (very slight) issues we have had in the past, i'll happily buy less from you, and get more from your competitors.
