The ASICS range is leaner and meaner, consisting of just the Gully, 200 NO, Speed Menace and Gel Advance.  The Gully is a stunning purple colour that I just love! The Advance doesn't look quite as nice for me, incorporating a bit more leather and less red.  No change on the Speed Menace.  The 200 NO have changed colour, but I can't remember what to.  Sadly no pics of these.  I remember the prices are staying exactly the same though.

I didn't go to that other show, so still haven't seen the GM , Slaz or Kook ranges yet.  I am hoping to see the new Kook range in our shop within the next week or two though.  May post some pics then.

Tom, as a retailer and someone in the know, you have hypothetically broken your bat.

Having seen what you have seen, what would you have replaced it with?

we saw the Kookaburra range yesterday and was very impressed with the design and quality. You won't be allowed to post any photos of the actual gear ;)

Did anyone notice the Asics shoes? Any new Asics and any pics?
The Asics range has been condensed to their top 4 best sellers over the last few seasons.

The Speed Menace remains the same, the Gully has a colour change which looks amazing, the 200 not out has a lime green colour change...but the best of all is the all new Advance 5. Whereas the current model is predominantly mesh, the new model has a stronger feel to it with alot more leather and a new textured feel to the sides. This design change means the shoe is now suited to both bowlers and batsmen, whereas the Advance 4 was more of batsmens shoe.

Although the New Balance range looked good...the Asics is still there at the top...specially with the new Advance 5 and striking new Gully!

I think Adidas would have something to say about that!

As a batsman and keeper Adidas never cross my mind when I buy boots. Asics first then Nike or puma. Have the puma Evo boots but they are too plastic like for me

Like the new balance orange ones but asics are the market leaders in boots for me. Interested in the purple colour. Any pictures floating around

I think if you'd been at the show, you may have a different opinion.  The new Adidas shoes are extremely impressive in my opinion...

I have quite a few photos that haven't been put up on Facebook yet, mainly because I don't like them as much, but if there's something specific that you want to see, please PM me.

Unfortunately, we don't have pics of every brand that was there, but happy to send what I can.
