Lucozade and lots of it

Haribo works for me when I do nights, Frozen Tangfastics are the best!

Careful, heavy or stodgy foods can make you feel sleepy.

Go to poundland and raid the sugars aisle.

Haribo, boiled sweets, gummy bears etc. Pure sugar

Sugar and caffeine sweets, pro plus, chocolate, lucozade, red bull, go for a run at lunch and during tea, get the adrenaline flowing.

I'm actually having quite a lot of difficulty staying awake at my desk at the moment. Bloody PowerPoint.

Don't eat too much sugar, you will have a huge spike and crash and then feel (No Swearing Please) all morning. Drink caffeine now and again and stock up on peanuts/chicken and any other protein you can get your hands on!

Leave a window open for a breeze, don't lay down, and shadow bat in the mirror between overs.

Bring the noise!!

Keep yourself preoccupied with something else inbetween overs.

You'll only have a big crash if you stop eating sugar. Just keep it going all day tomorrow.

Yeah, I just assumed you wouldn't be sat at work consuming slowly turning yourself into a sugarcube!

It's what I pretty much do every other day anyway. Generally haribo bags are kicking around.

Tell me about it though mate, working in an office is terrible. Always someone's birthday and they do the cake trip. It's no good. I enjoyed a delightful white chocolate cookie today with the 3pm coffee...wasn't even hungry!
