But of course, we won't mention any Aussie players who weren't born in Australia...

Including Khawaja, Symonds, Kepler Wessels, Brendon Julian or Moises Henriques...

Genuine Yarpies, fire the braai - Pietersen, Trott, Ballance (okay, Zimbok)

Mostly Yarpie/ bat for both sides - Dernbach, Lumb

Almost Entirewly English, Old Chap (and pass the Earl Grey) - Prior, Kieswetter, Strauss

His last FC game in South AFrica he bowled fourth change and batted nine.  He came over here to Notts and started off batting at six and bowling, sort of like a spinning version of Ben Stokes, but the bowling died out after a couple of seasons (oddly in large part due to an onslaught from Darren Lehmann - read into that what you will)

Khawaja: Was brought to Australia as a 3 year old. How prescient of CA to realise his potential.

Symonds: Was adopted by an Australian family when he was all of three months old (Maybe CA had something to do with it?) BTW, you do realise that his biological parents are Jamiacan (dad) and Danish (mum) - don't you? Not very English.

Kepler Wessels: You guys are still pissed off because he was the only one of Saffers who knocked back your filthy lucre.

Brendon Julian: Parents immigrated to Oz when he was a baby.

Moises Henriques: Parents immigrated to Oz when he was a baby. Also, Portugal isn't a test playing nation.

All those mercenaries mentioned in that song played test cricket for England.

Well, at the very least the ECCB has changed the qualifying period from four years to seven years.

I suspect because the Saffers were getting understandably pissed that their players were getting poached.
