Duminy's bat sounds like it's nearing the end,  sounds awful!

Sounds shocking. But was going well!

He had a powerbow in Bangladesh yet is back to the maverick?..

Anyway, Taylor and duminy partnership bought that back well, but I don't think it's enough to trouble rcbs line up.

Agreed its not the best cricket that's out there. Artificially shortened boundaries for more sixes.
International stars hitting some unknown Indian first class player all over the park.
More shine and glitter than cricket with too much focus on owners and Bollywood celebrities.
Below par commentary with forced inserts like "DLF Maximum" or "Carbon Kamaal Catch".
Four of eight teams choosing to wear blue as if ppl in India are blind to other colors.
T20 all together a hit or get out format with little room for game plans or strategy, batsman don't have time to pace or set up an innings.

I have always preferred ODI over T20.

But even with all these downs it gives us an opportunity to witness some unknown talent from Indian first class cricket (there is very bad Indian domestic cricket coverage).

The fielding and catches have been phenomenal in past IPLs.

Just heard KP being interviewed by the commentators during the game. He sounds so relaxed and really seems to be enjoying his T20 cricket. The way he spoke of the team and coach Gary Kirsten sounded genuine, not the normal "we'll give it 110%" type cliches that get thrown around in every interview and press conference in international cricket. I really think England have missed a trick not including him in their plans. Heck, he should be the England captain...

The commentators were saying they'd moved the boundaries out this year and all boundaries had to be the maximum the ground would allow  :o.

The rate of which Glenn Maxwell scores

If he batted for a day in FC he'd score 500

And if batted 150 balls in an ODI, he'd be close to 300
