A example of my butterfly made with a 386 density Cleft.
« on: May 02, 2014, 12:19:29 PM »

Went through a few shapes settled on this one the show you the quality it is not a special cleft it is just one same as the sale section.

Bat is 2.98 oz and picks up very well.

Hopefully this profile will come online soon I have not pushed in the que either this bat took the 15 days to get to me because of the sheer quantity of orders.

Hope you enjoy.

There going to be a good offer on the brown bag in the next few days keep your eyes peeled

Pick up on it is great edges are 41mm and spine around 67mm not touched a ball yet

Note just found out the true density

Leave the Manbag alone i like them and in combination with a duffle is a great space saver i use mine for clothing and boots.

Ref the bag i believe Rich is going to be throwing a offer up there for them over the next few days but the price is crazy good.

Very nice profile

Will be interested to hear how it plays, with the butt mark right in the middle of the bat
After tapping up some Aldred butterflys,,I've got to say, these have to be a bargain bat for the money, performance is very good and the look of the marks is growing on me
It's great bat makers are offering them out there

The bag is very feminine!
The B3 in gold looks good tho

Not sure if it has been explained but the mark was put there on purpose because it not a raised mark and is stiffer it goes well from there very well.

Because butterfly has been absent from the main for so long it takes a time to get your head around.

My bag is a quintessential piece of luggage.

392 is the density of the cleft before it is machined - it is how B3 calculate which bat shape fits with which cleft for the weight.

i.e. B3 know the volume of the cleft as they are cut to a standard size, then they weigh the cleft which gives them the density. pretty sensible really. Their computer can then work out how much the bat will weigh when made.

A typical cleft is around 400
