I think it depends on how you define "well paid". As teaching is defined as one of the professions, it's generally quite poorly paid, when compared to those such as Doctoring, Accounting, etc, but on the other hand, nurses also have to have degrees and I believe are paid worse...
Looking at the opportunity, they should have a queue around the block.A chance to be an apprentice at an entrepreneurial firm like that should be torn off and taken with haste. It's not about the money. That is a distraction. It's about the long term benefits.No-one gets paid properly in the first few stages of their career (there are exceptions of course). It's about building skills, knowledge, contacts ect ect.
very good post.
However the two lucky people are will not regret it I can promise you this was discussing this today at HQ Who would not want to join the biggest growing cricket bat compan in the UK.Simply brilliant job with great people and great insight. This opportunity does not happen everyday grab it if you can
Should you not be teaching rather than looking on this forum !! (This is a joke btw)
I visited the forum earlier when a class was working well, felt a bit guilty and briefly considered whether I should check some work or have another ten minutes on the forum...
And we are sorry or the butterfly wait but the wait will be worth it.
