No more than £200, more likely to spend between £100 - £120 though.

This!
Why spend £XXX on one "best in the world" bat when you can get a match bat, net bat, wet bat etc for the same (or less) money.

What is honestly a better buy, one B3 crown or 3 GM 606s and a session down the pub? I know which is prefer  :)

If you can categorically prove that it is better and will perform better and last longer and be the right weight and pick up and never get dirty, always looking new, and guarantee runs, then I would pay up to £1000.

However, if parts of the above cannot be guaranteed I would have to take money off.

If you were asking about an off the shelf bat, if it taps up well and feels good in pickup/weight then £200-250 max as a one-off.

Most I've paid is £180, my latest bat is a Fusion for £120 which is going like stink after knocking in last season. I also bought a sample Shamrock off John for £100 which I'm knocking in and looks like it is ready to go now but holding on using it till next season. Doubt I would now spend more than £150 and be prepaired to knock it in for a season.

800 usd bat was kooka blade runner or whatever the top model was in blade series 4 to 5 yrs ago I think...total plank...

330gbp was a 2nd hand screaming cat that I had for a bit used in 3 or 4 matches lasting the usual 2 or 3 balls and getting caught at long on or off everytime time...put it in the unlucky pile and went back to rpc..

I prefer getting used bats (in good condition ofcourse) and I will not do the mistake of buying bats (new ones) on impulse again. And I got some gems for around £120. So will not spend more than that.

Haha No offense taken i would rather have a light cleft ugly even.

Do you own Stretton thigh pads??? Why when you can get a set which will do in the South Premier League and have enough for a couple of night out...

Funny how people look at things

I would rather have a good bat  :D

I could probably stretch to £200 But only after a couple of drinks :) will more than likely stick to £140ish 2nd hand, knocked in bats from now on.
