Got a pair mate and they are awesome. Only use them for training these days as they look a bit odd with rest of the kit.

^ They are amazing for running between the wickets. I have white pads, I might get colored ones.

i had the puma calibre 4000 in a different colour scheme and love them. they only problem i had was that the top strap was twice as long as needed and the way i wore them have now destroyed the strap so i have had to replace them.

if it wasn't for the strap being too long i would of order a second pair. not sure if the pair on PDC are any different to them

any other feedback mate did you get it from pds
yes from pdc. There a bargain for the price. The straps on these are not as long as the following years karbon models. The 2 straps are ideal for me and more comfy than 3 straps. As with all puma softs, best in the business IMO quality wise.

What about the SS / Ton pads as worn by Ravi Bopara? Seem to be well made and currently popular company.

Are the Ravi SS pads the same as his old GM ones? Has anyone had both? I'd like to know how they compare to each other.

What about the Morrant Superlight pads? they're two strap and if they're good enough for Tendulkar and Dhoni then that'd be good enough for me!

I'm sure there's a thread somewhere about weight of pads....

good find that. I have enquired Aswani about zero g, they have them in youth for £30, failing that it will be Puma when I can find a good deal somewhere. Plenty of time till next season.
