I'm going the other way, in the last 2 years i have dropped over a stone in muscle since the little one came along plus starting a new business. Gone from 60kg up to 63kg at the moment looking to get back up to around 70kg by the start of the season. Really struggled last year as my fitness and strength where so poor.

Just seen this. No rash. That's a massive bruise that appeared after I Ruptured my spleen.

And yes it was done by a bouncer in our club nets. Wear your chest guard people.

Now then, now then, now then!

Finally stood on them scale things for the first time in 3 years mid November, and all I will say is I nearly (No Swearing Please) myself when I saw the number!

So far I've not really done any specific exercise, but I've eaten less and done more walking than standing around talking when I take Tammie out.
So far I've lost 9lb in a month! Lets just say I had a lot to lose so I see that as a start, but theres a long way to go!

Ideally I want to lose another 3 stone and will re-assess myself from there, but getting down to that weight could take me a while  :-[

Been training over Christmas now up to 66kg so have 4kg or so to go to get back up to where i used to be, feeling a lot stronger and fitter. Going to up my cardio in the next few weeks then it will be all about maintenance and working on my bowling in the nets.

im now the heaviest ive ever been, 12.9st which for someone of 5'10-5'11 isnt great at all, especially since ive always been a slight or athletic build rather than bulky. ive had a horrendous diet now for 12-18 months and i have 3 months before i go on holiday and 3 and a half months before the season starts to cut the weight and build some muscle. my aim is to be fitter than i ever have been and even though this might sound difficult to do in 3 months, i reckon i can do it if i push myself hard enough.

Im starting on Thursday but I've got to take it easy as I've  injured my right shoulder/chest.  Really hurts when I throw the ball but it doesn't when I bowl

I have quite wide shoulders, i always have, just not very meaty. traditionally ive been about 11.5 stone, but for me now, i have put fat on, jusst pure fat rolls everywhere and thats what i need to sort out. im not massive on weighing myself to be honest, its more about how i look so i'll be relying on progress pictures more than weight.

whats the 100 press up challenge?

Cut out all carbs, eat 2000 calories per day, go the gym three times per week and do either weights or HIIT and watch the fat drop off. You can easily lose two stone in three months if you focus on it.

im aiming for 1500 cals a day and then gym 4 times a week (at least 45mins- an hour of cardio) and net once a week. just using machine weights at the moment and giving myself an all round work out, so not focusing on one or 2 things a day just trying to rebuild abit of strength and then after the first month i will start doing proper weight sessions aswell as my cardio

i might have a go at this challenge closer to the season

1500 calories seems a bit drastic if you are going to the gym 4 times a week for an hour, you might find you have a lack of energy for training.
