Quick update following a comment on how nicely this cleaned up.
Here's a few pictures of how it looks now.

Following the initial refurb the edge stamps looked a bit ropey





And now how the bat looks











And some major OCD sandpaper work got the edge stamps looking like this

Postage might cost a bit mate!
And no tools used, this was entirely hand sanded.

I've always wanted to try a "proper" Indian bat (for the Indian market, not an SG made Kookaburra made to be imported or something similar). As there's no time like the present, and I missed playing a couple of weeks into the off season, I sources a couple of 3 star bats direct from India from a contact on here.

As I'm a bit of a tart I obviously then had to get some matching softs too! While doing a generic eBay search I stumbled across this,and for £80 plus postage I couldn't turn down an LE, especially as it just looked neglected rather than abused.
