I'm wondering how this all sits comfortably with Moeen's deeply held religious beliefs?

Not sure how that relates?
I am assuming its not a breach of contract, so hence Kookaburra wouldnt be taking any action

I'm suprised he accepted sponsorship at all as Muslims believe in earning what they own. I think Hashim alma pays for all his kit and pays castle lager (Sa sponsor) to not have the logo on his shirt as its against his beliefs.

His bat is/was sponsored by R and a consulting, and he wore Kia on his shirt while at Surrey.

It's just a guess, but isn't the castle sitution more likely to be an alcohol thing over a non sponsor thing?

Not sure what any off this has to do with Ali using a Bat though.

not 100% but pretty sure you have it right. I think it was against alcohol rather than sponsorship.

will depend whether the sponsorship agreement mentions actual bats, or just stickers.

The public is being deceived, either way.

Don't be calling me names. You couldn't possibly agree with me about David Willey, as you've never even seen him.

Why are people surprised that players use or try other bats from time to time? or even have more than one person make bats for them  :o

And as for the sponsorship issue goes, i'm sure the sponsor wont care too much as long its their stickers on the bat being used.
They would get upset at a blank bat or just using the Ton without removing the stickers.

Against alcohol not sponsorship.
