You better hope not... Let's not forget the formidable Aussie bowling attack at the moment... The English batsmen will be in church every Sunday leading up to the Ashes series praying for a miracle
You mean praying for Harris to break, starc to break, johnson to become the bowler of 2010/11, clarkes back to go, warner to get all punchy and hole out game after game....  England have a lot of praying to do

I'm only worried about Harris.

Johnson has a poor record in England and the pitches won't suit him, difficult to bully batsman on a featherbed. Starc and Hazelwood look to be getting better at test level all the time. Lyon is steady, but exclude Harris and I don't think there is much difference in the bowling attacks.  England have more batting depth but less quality, then again playing at home evens things up.

Johnson looks nothing like the threat he was in the ashes. Smashed in the home series vs India, didn't have a great World Cup/ipl pay day and now this series. Looks down on pace, swing and accuracy. But the psychological factor will be massive.

Hazlewood is going to be a massive threat in English conditions.
Harris hasn't played so it's risky selecting him.
Still think the Aussie bowling line up is a massive threat but they've made a massive mistake not selecting pattinson ahead of siddle.

Jimmy Pattinson is injury so couldn't be selected. Siddle will be the drinks carrier no more. And Harris is second only to Steyn, so when he's fit he always plays.

I'm pretty sure Harris is out for the West Indies tests to be home for the birth of his child. He should be cherry ripe for the ashes. My guess would be Harris, hazelwood, Johnson and Lyon to be the preferred attack.

I'm not so sure about batting depth. England can't seem to settle on a consistent, reliable line up yet, Aus are batting to 11 with not 1 bunny in the team

Are you really suggesting England are a better team and in better form than the Aussies are at the moment? Nice selective memory by the way.

What i an saying is that all things considered inc UK playing conditions  no matter how the Aussie  team is bigged  up the teams are not that far apart.

Teams aren't too far apart? The English attack is pedestrian. You've got no spinner. Your numbers 3 and 4 are walking wickets.

As I said Aussies talking as though they have won the series before a ball is bowled as they did in 2005 2009 and 2013.
