I decided to take a bit of a gamble the other day and order some SS Super Test whiteout gloves from cricmart.in. At first it all seemed to go swimmingly and cricmart.in reported the order dispatched within a couple of days, and gave me a ubx.in tracking number. However from this point it started to go wrong. Tracking the order on ubx's website, provided me with a forwarded Yodel tracking number a couple of days ago; however this doesn't come up on Yodel's website. I wondered if the Yodel tracking number was wrong so phoned their customer service however they have no record of any package in my name
. I've also fired off an email enquiry to ubx, and waiting for a reply. So at the moment I fear it's disappeared into a black hole between ubx and Yodel.
For those of you who have experience of importing from india - especially these couriers - should I start to worry now and start going through the pain of chasing compensation, or is it normal for there to be problems with the tracking that sort themselves out?
