Hi guys

Iv just bought one of the bats and i'm away at the minute so I just wanted to know if anyone has got/used one of these and what I can expect when I use it ??

I've had a few Six6s
Nice profile and decent performance from the ones I used.

Mine were all the same size, one weighed 2lb7 and one weighed 2lb13 (with a 2lb10 one in the middle!)

Weight wise you could get anything if you bought blind, but I've never had a bad bat from GM (and I've owned a few!)

My 606 was a natural finish with a scuff sheet applied and "GM Now"

I think it's only the 303 that has the polycoat finish  :)

Depending on the willow it may be bleached.

I have a 606 icon which is excellent. I hope it goes well for you.

I got a Six6 Original here in Australia about this time last year. I want with the Six6 as i like the pick up the best of all the GM models from last year.
Mine is pretty light, bought at 2'7. Now sitting about 2'9 after oiling, fitting toe guard and some bat tape after stupidly trying to drive a yorker to the boundary.

With the DXM machine crafting GM models all to the same spec, you shouldn't have a problem with pick up etc.

Thanks for getting back to me guys, much appreciated!!

Had my first net with the bat on Tuesday with an oldish ball as dos get it knocked in by the shop but didn't want to go in all guns blazing straight away. All I can say is it pings.

Had a bowling machine session last night indoors and all I can say is it feel amazing. It's just like the ball hits the bat and just pings away. Never felt so comfortable playing a cover drive in my life.

Let's hope I can get some runs over the weekend.

Best of luck for the weekend guys 👊🏻

I went into the shop with my heart set on getting a six6 last year. They had a rack full of different weights and ended up walking out with a mogul. For me the six6 just picked up like a dog.

Actually reading that back that's a lie, I went in to the shop just to kill some time and ended up walking out with a new bat  :-[

Funny old game cricket. I had a good look across the Mogul, Icon and Six6 at the beginning of last summer, and found the Six6 to be the best pick up out of the three.
Each player is different right.

You're not wrong there. I was very close to ordering one off one of the sponsors on here to get the jump on the season and also to save a buck. Glad I didn't go through with it. Love the profile but just totally wrong for me

Upload them to an image hosting site (I personally use photobucket) then paste the [img.] code into the body of the message on here.
