Nick, Sam, Michael, Jonathan and Adam please come back, all is forgiven!

Begining to think even Ali doesn't want to open and is doing his best to get dropped.!
much discussion on these boards before the tour started whether Adam Lyth deserved another tour to try and find his feet at International level.

I wonder what he is thinking now !!

Lyth was useless and I can only imagine him falling to similar dismissals.

Bumble doing the football commentary there was great

here's hoping JT shows them what they have been missing as we are a batsmen down without stokes

One potential saving grace is that Patel has come in for Wood and is a much more recognised batsman.

Which is where I'd bat Rashid anyways to be fair.

How about we chug through the rest of the day at 2.6 per over and no alarms?  That'll leave us on what - 250?

As boring as it is, I'll take that.

Amen. Taylor strikes me as the kind of batsman who likes to be busy at the crease though, much in the way Root is.

Yeah England have the club problem of having to many people that bat and bowl so hard to find someone to bat 9/10/11
