Love that Aussie GN range so much! Looks awesome

Yeah its pretty good, however the GN UK range of bags, especially duffles, which are virtually non-existent here, are far superior. I love the GN Prestige range of gear, espcially those batting gloves, full sausage finger style. They will be my next purchase...

Big change from last year for me. When I get all the gear together, I shall post up the pictures. As some of the kit is yet to arrive! :D

Bats

2 x SS Maximus                                                     (2.9 & 2.10)
B3 Crown in a modified zizi profile                                    (2.11)
B3 (50% off bargain) Brendan McCullum replica              (~2.13)
SS Darren Bravo players bat                                            (2.10)
Puma Cobalt 6000                                                          (2.10)
GM Six6 Original                                                       (2.10 1/2)
GM Icon Original LE                                                          (2.9)
GM Hero Original                                                            (2.11)

Pads

GM Original LE (2014)
2 x SS all white (2015)

Gloves

3 x SS all white sausage finger gloves
2 x Original LE (2014)
2 x Woodstock platinum

Shoes

Puma 1.3? Navy and Pink
Puma 1.4? Orange
New Balance CK10 Minimus White

Helmets

Masuri Elite, not used it other than in nets because its too small  :(
Masuri Test titanium which I won in a #masuricomp with a load of shirts back in the English summer
Older style masuri elite

Keeping Stuff

Woodstock gloves and pads
SS all white gloves and pads
Kookaburra instinct gloves
Puma Evopower 1SE white gloves with Evospeed SE pads

Other Miscellaneous Bits

Salix Pod Players Wheelie bag (Black Friday Bargain)
Oakley Custom Radarlock sunglasses with a plethora of lenses in Sky blue and white
Oakley Radar EV in matte black and orange
About 15 kookaburra players grips
Gray-Nicolls batting inners
Trusox (thought it was worth a punt)
Stretton Fox's
A bag full of spare spikes etc.

I don't think i've got too much stuff; bats wise I'm a bit of a hoarder, but pads and gloves are only in multiples due to how quickly i sweat through each pair. For a student, I reckon I have just the right amount of kit to get me through... maybe... half a season??  :o :D

They were £85 a box (£14 each), still good value compared to everyone else, but I got the last box for £60. Should last me 100 years... Still got a couple of Sports Direct Bat Breakers to use aswell, so make that 150 years.

What club do you play for? So I can avoid ever being in a net with you near by.

Nice kit. Was looking at the Trusox myself, struggling to justify paying £25 for a pair. How are you finding them?

Because I'm a sweaty footman, I had to drop money on a couple of pairs that I thought could be a big waste but they work really well and are surprisingly comfortable. Not had any issues so far and unsurprisingly, a pair has been 'permanently borrowed' by my younger brother! Would suggest getting a pair but I must say that they should be made a little bit cheaper for us regular folk to buy

The net is the safest place to be. Line and Length are very much alien concepts to me.

Village. Very village.

Cheers JG,

I'll check back when someone has a sale on. I'd love a pair, but being a Yorkshireman, £25 is a bit step. Perhaps I can find a "Slightly used" pair on EBay...

I think the issue was that you spend £14 on a ball but still feel it's acceptable to bowl a painted rock that cost £1.50 in sports direct.

If anyone bowls them at me I either leave them every ball, or, if I'm feeling particularly twatish, will keep it down my end and tell the knob bowling it to find a decent ball from somewhere...

I'm waiting for someone to put them in the river at the far end of the ground, but my "Special" brand of Line and Length make me very hard to pick... The true definition of Mystery Spin is when even the bowler doesn't know what's going on. Might just have to retire the grenades before Winter Nets start up again on the 7th.

My best bowler on sunday was abit like that. He goes by the same thinking if i dont know what im bowling neither does the batsman... Strange thing is he used to be a decent bowler so i think its just an act!
