You are right..I posted just one pic of the face since it's the standard new mullanator shape that a few people have already posted detailed pics and specs on..

The finishing touches on mine, inspired by Jos Buttler's recent interview with Vaughan. Slightly NSFW hence just the link...

I have re-measured the spine and it is 73mm not 63mm. My mistake as it was a rush job as I had to get back to work after coming to check it out when it was delivered :)

Just measured the PUI of "The Thing"

29oz/48oz x 10 = 6.04

A couple of things I have noticed about my B3 is that it seems to be taking a lot more bashing with my mallet to get it to the point I like to start using it.. i.e the grains starting to "open" up.. A point which I still haven't got it to yet.

The other thing is that the handle seems extremely stiff and may need a bit of flexing to "soften" a little.... If that makes sense.

Something I have noticed with handles over the last few years, and this certain isn't aimed at B3, is the rubber/cork or what ever product is used in the handles doesn't seem to be evenly spaced as much as in years gone by... They seem to also be closer together instead of spread wider down the handle... I think that makes a huge difference in feel in handles...

I hope that makes sense

Where are all the bats? I thought they would be flooding in by now.

Hello pal this was not just a forum offer pal.

Ref opening up out blades are pressed to optimum stiffness so performance should be there from the beginning I tend to only need to knock my toe and edges and not so much Anywhere else.

Thing about soft pressing is people knock in to get to the stage or seam mark we do not do soft pressing pal.

I didn't realise they were ready from the get go... Only place I would say it was a little softer was the toe.. All good though and only expect it to get better

I had B3 knock in the toe and edges for me and was in the nets within 2 hours of leaving their factory haha  :D pretty much good to go straight out of the box!

Not quite ready for the get go but closer than most.

We dropped a bat off at Trent bridge for a England player he used same day and he loved it but I always recommend working on a bat before using.

@tejasapatel    -  ooooh Teji-poos! That looks interesting, what weight are you hoping to get that to, and are the shoulders slopey like a Newbery TT?
