I had a bad hamstring injury a few years ago. Bowling and as my front foot landed (wearing trainers being indoor) all grip went and my front leg, being braced as well, just went straight on.

The most common ones we see are people just not paying attention or putting their head into the head to collect a ball.

Having a bit of fun at work this week, I nearly lost my head feeding the bowling machine when one was crunched straight back at me, got a quality video of it

Also took a few blows experimenting with some scoops and ramp shots, lucky I have plenty of 'Natural Padding'
