Don't rate Hales at all but he's played pretty decently today and throughout the series.

Dream on pal. Finch has hales covered in ODI/T20 cricket. Burns has Test hundreds, comeback when walking wicket Hales can say the same.

You really got the man love for Faulkner? He's a bowler.

Criminal to get bowled out with 5 overs to spare! Brainless cricket!

1 vs WI
1 vs NZ

Hales would struggle to get a Test hundred against Bangladesh...

Pitch seems to holding up and there's some spin. Problem for England is both their spinners are rubbish.

I'm not sure Rashid is that much worse than Tahir on current form.

Tahir turned it around in the last two matches 6/95. Probably saved his career.

What was criminal was Butler's shot!

What international batsman cant play a forward defensive with bat and pad together, seriously?

That's fair, he was garbage in the previous games though, looked a far cry from where he was 12/18 months back.

You lot are so dramatic! I dont think a bloke with an average of 24 in ODIs and 15 in T20s is going to get dropped very quickly

South Africa are rebuilding and are looking for balance.

Tahir is a world class limited overs spinner(so his record suggests) but he's 37 and he can't bat or field very well. South Africa can't afford too many passengers

Our batting in the last few games have shown what a strange decision it's been to leave Taylor out.
