Well it appears the Pepsi has bigger edges than my Warner. Just measured it, 47mm edge, 65mm spine.

are you accounting for the rounded edges? edge size does go down once they are rounded and compressed during the knocking in process.

No...not taken it upto the bathroom and rounded the edges off on the bath yet.

I'll see if I can find a tape and measure my Pepsi.

The concaving on mine is about the same as Northern Boys and with such big edges, it pings the whole way accross the face. Very forgiving!
Wasn't meaning to sound like I was doubting you there mate, it's just that every time a Pepsi thread comes up there seems to be different specs each time :D
I know, mate! I was just mucking around.  :)

Just measured mine and it's definitely 47mm at the highest edge point, has yours been knocked in/edges rolled? Only curious as with B3's CNC machine everything should be the same  (although perhaps a difference of a couple of mm is usual?), that being said I measured with a tape not calipers so I could be wrong!

All things being equal it should be, but if you had a weight limit then perhaps to keep it to that weight, more wood had to be taken out as perhaps the cleft wasn't as light.

I see what you're saying but I'm not sure that's how they work. The way I understood it the CAD file of the design is interpreted in the same way by the CNC machine so the shape stays the same but it's the density of the cleft which determines the finished weight, if extra wood was taken out to reach the weight the existing CAD would have to be altered and therefore be a bespoke design.

Is the Pepsi not being sold as a bespoke anyway?

Yeah but if the design already exists (pro shapes etc.) you get them for the same price as the Series shapes I think, the extra £50 charge is only for brand new bespoke shapes made from scratch.

Not quite true, both the Pepsi and the Warner are already mapped and available as Custom shapes but a price level up from the Series (DB) shapes and below Bespoke. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Yeah any bat already mapped and coded will be the same price as a Custom. Once you alter a bat shape it then becomes a Bespoke and will be charged at the Bespoke price.

The Doc mentioned at the start of the offer that shapes currently made and sat in the showroom he would offer at series price. These were snaffled very quickly by forum members or visitors to the showroom so as others have mentioned, custom for existing shapes
