Wow!  Just interested in the heaviest and lightest in your collection.  Most used and least used. Ones you would never part with and ones you would be happy to get rid of, also your favourite shapes and stickers.

The smell of linseed must be intense!

Thanks for sharing.

@Chad,  If I remember correctly, you had an M&H Master (ST inspired bat), didn't you? Still have it?

And @Chad, normally, I'd say that I hate you :D but this time around, I feel I have some nice bats too. :D

Nice collection @Chad !

Which bats are your match bats?

You know, this season, I used 1.05% of my collection in matches - that's how little cricket I played! :-[ Match bat at the moment is the older styled B&S Supreme. I have a Warbird that needed a rehandle that I'm getting back from Matt which was also a match bat! There are so many bats in here that could be my match bats. :)

Damn @Chad! Planning on selling any old ones.  :D

A fair amount needs to be shifted, keep an eye out haha. :)

Lightest would have to be those old school Salix bats, around 2lb 4oz - 2lb 5oz. Heaviest is probably the B&S White Supreme at 3lb, but honestly, it feels a fair bit lighter.

Least used, there's a huge number of those, (It is absolutely sacrilegious to think that the Halestorm, my Monster H4L and my B&S White Supreme haven't been used, along with my Fifty50 Pro, Custom Pro etc.) and most used is probably the blank Millichamp and Hall Solution. (Not by me) The Salix Pod Players has seen a fair amount of use by my brother, not among the best bats I've had, but brother absolutely loved it. Was purchased from IJC back in 2012. Goes to show that it's whatever suits the batsman that's the most important!

The ones I wouldn't part with... If I had to pick 3, I probably won't part with the Salix Pod, L&W Reserve with outstanding grains, B&S Supreme match bat. Salix Pod in the hope that my brother will one day pick up cricket again, L&W Reserve because it was the bat I scored my first fifty with, and B&S because it's my current match bat. None of the monster bats in the hope that I'll play internationally. XD

In terms of favourite shapes, there are many. I am a fan of most shapes with not a huge amount of concaving, not too aggressive a duckbill or tapering towards the handle, and edges don't have to be HUGE. I do have a Trott shaped B3 in there, which looks pretty incredible!

@InternalTraining nope, I've never had an M&H Master, I did have an Amplus at one point! I do have some Sachin inspired shapes, with this BDM 'The Game Edition' being the most special. Weighs around the 2lb 9.5oz mark:

I do like your new Chris Lynn bat, looks an absolute beast!

The Newberry is really messing with my OCD...

From left to right

Phantom - 2.10 from Uzi - hand picked and so worth it really lovely middle - in match bag for 2018
Unknown origin (poss Spartan) 2.10 multiple repairs & just re-handled at M&H, incredible bat & longest serving
County Mettle with Insignia stickers - bought for fun as used one for many years - low middle needs more nets
Jedi 2.9 with MRF stickers - bought from a nice chap in a supermarket car park in Devon - cleaned up well nicked by youngest son. Bloody lovely.
MRF - incredible to look at even better to bat with, 2.11 and arguably the best bat I’ve ever used
Robinson 1 - 2.11 early days with it. Goes well in nets. More concaved than I’m used to but v impressive quality
Robinson 2 - 2.11 this could be special. Starting using in matches end of season - team mates always like this one. It looks and feels really  good
NB 1 - bought v cheap as blank MSR it’s ugly on the back. But good net bat - 2.11 (sold to a mate now)
NB 2 - cheap again from Crossbat and it’s really very good - big sons match bat 2.9 and outstanding value
All bats have edge tape, scuff sheet & one grip

Figured I'd bump this thread, since a lot of the pics have been erased by Photobucket. :)

I've tried to arrange them according to brand/manufacturer, but obviously made a few mistakes. :-[

Adidas to Gray Nicolls:

H4L to Robinsons:

The Sabre is made by H4L, but the Monster Pro Fifty50 is not:

Newbery Uzi stickered bat is a 'BAS Dolphin' replica made by RK:

Salix to ZX Cricket. The CEAT and MRF are both made by ZX Cricket (And BB, B&S and Focus):

Sabre is made by Salix, gorgeous bat with sloped shoulders:

TK made bats (From the best of my knowledge, unsure about the White B&S):

Bats I've owned for the longest:

Smallest bats in the collection (Both old school Salix):

I have FAARRRRR too many bats...

Were the Slazengers, indirectly or directly, sports direct specials?!

What better time than self quarantine to revive this thread

Many of these way too good for my terrible standard.. B3s are The old shan masood profile, my modified Finch, and the 32.2 shape. Lavers are MH Mega and “Kohli” shape copies. GMs are stokes and travis shapes.

Awesome, love the Lavers and GM's. Let me know if any of the PE GM's are too good for you and you need to shift them on...

Problem with Instagram is that you can't easily zoom in on the photos, or is there a way? . Not ideal when trying to see the grains on a bat. But they do look lovely.

You can zoom to photos on Instagram when viewing on your phone.
