He gave me cassettes I think you got the better deal

What I'm saying is his expectations were not unrealistic but maybe think before you buy from certain places

Upsides, @ogroupleader , that handle is so long, you could use it as a pool cue? All is not lost here.

Don't even start. I can send you the full transcript of the messages sent and received. There was absolutely no confusion about what I required. The breakdown happened with the factory.

Paypal case is already resolved.

When I sent pics OLS denied everything. Said the bat was 100% the correct size and that he checked it himself before it was sent out. My original photo to them was without a tape measure and he claimed that I had chopped the bottoms off the other 3 bats in the photo to make the SF look bigger than it was!!!!!
After my response to this with additional photos and a tape measure and the assertion that he was a blatant liar he did not respond.

Wow , like holy torledo batman ! ....I had read bad things about ols , to the point that i can't bring myself to gamble on buying a bunch of softs from them now . But them accusing you of cutting down 3 bats just to make the sf look smaller ?!?!!! Id be so outraged id want to suggest a new permanent storage spot for the bat !

Fantastic ! OLS always promises more than he can actually deliver. Happy that you got a refund. I had a nightmare experience with him and after that i ensured my team members never buy anything from OLS.

I would assume best bet is to approach a local retailer and ask them to handle this special request. It will put your mind at ease !

The bat was heavier than requested. It weighed just under 2.12. And it picked up like a pig.

Yeah i lost my shot when i read his reply. So instead of getting angry i put together the most comprehensive case paypal has ever seen.

All said and done, OLS do stock excellent bats from SS, SF, TON and SG. Like I mentioned in my earlier post, they are great if you want a regular bat as all they need to do is stock it from the company. The best way to buy a bat from them of course it to pick one that OLS has put pics of on their FB page. My point was that when you go for customization, you always run a risk similar to this one.
