I would dare to say that no restrictions will come from that b@ll sh!t of an article produced by the MCC - wasted 20 minutes of my life reading the garbage....

Amen.

Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they are not there.

No, but the comment where he says it isn't dowelled does.

If you want (and you have kept the bat) we can put it on the machine to make a short blade longer handle. Will do this FOC if you cover the postage - thinking as i type this might not be an option of you live in Oz... But the offer still stands.
Thanks for the offer but ive decided to keep it as is. At only 2.8 if i take an inch off the toe it will probably swing too light.  I have spoken to the gray nic rep about it and if I'm not happy with it after i use it they will look after me with another bat.  Had another ball machine session with it today and the ball rockets of the face. Given that the response is much much better than the other gray nic bats i have owned including a legend i would think the design has a big part to play.   If the weather holds off it will get a run against a real ball tomorrow.

Performance update. This bat is ridiculous. Bowlers stand a very real chance of being hurt.

If you can, it'd be great to see a video of this bat in action.

managed to also get 1 of these weapons at 2lb 8oz , horizontal shots are sooo much fun , the cut & pull shots are what you really enjoy , the uppish drive down the ground also has you giggling away like a 10 year old , have shut down Yorkers as well with no damage to the toe , a long knocking in process was done on both toes , hope it makes all the difference.

Did a quick count of the cherries on the splice and pretty sure they account for every single ball you bowled. At least mark keeps the ball in my half of the pitch.

I think its going to ruin all of my fun.  Can't even be bothered looking at other bats any more.  So that's going to free up 50 or so hours each week.

By the roles of the forum you must now sell it, and compare every new bat purchased to the "one that got away"  ;)

I ordered a second one yesterday so will probably have both for sale in 3 weeks.
