For those that are attending 'The Frog & Wicket' afterwards - go on their site http://www.thefrogandwicket.co.uk/food there is a link for a free drink!

Although its not working for me...

I reckon after organising this and trying to get everyone to commit and confirm (which is damn hard work with some!) I deserve to be treated to a drink and burger!!

A hopeful request.

Is there anyone that is coming to the southern nets able to pick up some cricket gear in Birmingham and can bring down for the 22nd for me please? Preferably pick up this weekend? I'm willing to pay for your time and trouble.

If so can you pm me?

All paid for and looks like there will be a mass of food and goodies, not to mention a mountain of kit!!
And we have the hall to ourselves!

Cannot wait to see everyone again and meet a few new people.

I genuinely think I prefer CBF winter nets to actually playing in the summer!

Bruce @FattusCattus
If you are still wanting to face the Merlin bowling spin, can I volunteer to keep whilst you're doing so?

Si - do you reckon you could speak to them?
Maybe we should see who is interested in staying? But there are 27 or 28 of us going. So could well be 18 or so pubbing?

Is there anyone who definitely HAS to rush off home at 2pm so CAN'T make it to the pub?

Unfortunately I might be one of those who has to dash off. I've got a chunnel to catch later.

You may if you wish, however you will have nothing to do, as I shall be tearing Merlin a new one!! 😁

If your name's not on the list, you're not coming in!  ;)

@roco
@FattusCattus
@Mpt7
@Chalkie
@felix
@DorsetDan
@Northern monkey
Ram (outside forum)
@Woodyspin  (plus 1)
@Churchy1989
@LEACHY48
@ppccopener
@jblowe
@richyreed
@alexhilly1492
@RhysH
@WalkingWicket37
@edge
@uknsaunders
@velvetsky01
@Jaffa
@simonmay5
@tom line
@procricket
@TheDoc
@Dooey__
@wilkie113
And me (otherwise I won't be allowed in!  :(

I believe that's 29 including woodyspin's plus 1
27 will be batting/bowling, jblowe will probably be batting at least if his knee is holding up ok - that's 28 playing with procricket distracting everyone with his kit!!
With food, drink, some comfy sofas and more kit to look at than an average cricket shop has, I reckon it'll be a good day!

Please let me know if I have left anyone off the list ASAP!
Thanks
