That's an extremely low middle! And the concaving is the whole bat! Never seen anything like this before.

Looks beautiful quality willow....

Is must be a custom for someone so they must of wanted this.

Personally and this is just my opinion I can't help thinking what other shape could of been made when you get such a nice looking grade of wood...

I like the stickers and the basic shape, but not so much about the concaving

I'd be worried about the handle breaking or the shoulder cracking. I'd dread to think what would happen if he caught a top edge right near the shoulder  :(

Nothing custom about it as they were flogging the limited edition players bat back in the summer (£500), presume they've a few left. Can only think it's useful for laying on the wicket face down for the 'ramp' shot.

We had a couple of these come into us this summer for our knocking in service. Personally, I thought they looked weird and really couldn't quite see any reasoning behind the design. I didn't use them of course, so maybe if we could hear from someone thats actually used the bat that would be good....
