For most of us, one of the key criteria to buying pads is the weight. While pictures and video reviews mostly can give us some idea about protection, unfortunately, weight is not evident and pad descriptions from the manufacturers or retailers don't have the weight specified either. Many pad descriptions might say "lightweight" but this is subjective e.g. 900 grams could be mentioned as light in the description, but for many these days, 800-900 could be average weight or light could be only if less than 600/700 grams - again this is very subjective. So wanted to have one place where folks could put in their pad weights so fellow buyers will have one place to know weights before ordering online. I am starting with a set of pad weights I have compiled from few scattered posts around here or from friends.. hope fellow CBF mates would keep adding to this list in future when they get a pad themselves.
Couple of points to note when adding to this list:
1) Newer models of same pad could have different weight, so feel free to add weight with model year included if you have a newer model.
2) If not standard mens size (which is default), please make sure you mention the size e.g. youth, small mens, oversize mens etc.
