I think it was a combination of 6 buckets of constant Yorkers, the hard floor and the bola balls. Something had to give eventually and it was the toe of my bat!
Different environment/match conditions:- wet conditions- t-20- cheap balls- change in batting order Different physical conditions:- shoulder aches and need for a light weight bat- hand injury, grip issues.
Move the stumps back while the feeder isn't looking, turns into juicy halfvolley followed by juicy half volley

I didn't have to change mine all season! I couldn't hit it off the square admittedly, but I didn't get a duck
Someone must have asked you why you have so many bats. What was your answer?
Actually most of my teammates are unaware of my collection. Also, most of them are so unobservant I could use a different bat every ball I faced in a net session and they wouldn't notice
