It's a contest hyped up thanks to the political rivalry. Pakistanis have gone downhill.

Went to yesterday's game - amazing atmosphere and some pretty poor cricket from pakistan. The only side right now that probably can't chase 300.

Surprised at the lack of security given the events in the UK. Mo police outside the venue before or after the game.
Got tickets for the final - hopefully security is a lot tighter at the oval

I would arrive early if I were you, taken me ages to get into games so far, but apparently more troublesome down the Alec Stewart game end of the ground.

Off to the game today, expecting rain to piss on my parade

No Lynn yet again and we're now 33 overs in and Zampa hasn't had a bowl yet, am I missing something or what?

seems weird to me

I thought the scorecard I looked at was wrong as surely zampa had bowed by now but no

plus I know finch and warner are good players but lynn in red hot form surely can be slotted in somewhere.

Wicket maiden for Zampa #justsayin......

I'd find room for Lynn somewhere too, I rate Finch but I think atm I'd pick Lynn in a straight shoot out. Also, especially with Maxwell in the team to offer part time finger spin, I'd have Lynn over Head too.

That was some over from starc! So close to picking up a hat trick.

The aussies got lucky against NZ with the rain - suspect the reverse is going to happen today.
Would make it interesting if it is a wash out. The aussies would need to beat england to have a chance of qualifying

Bloody rain....any more and this will be the most disappointing tournament ever .
Geez Zampa is looking good these days . How they picked Swepson over him for the India test series is beyond me .
Starc finally got it together , was worth the wait .
And yeees , as others are saying , Lynn needs to be in there for Finch or Head .

A wash out it is! Aussies must be gutted  :D Means group is wide open and Bangladesh can actually still go through!

Regarding the Aussie selection surely you would play Lynn instead of Henriques wouldn't you? he's done nothing and you easily make up his overs through Maxwell and Head.

2 points from 2 games is a fair result for the aussies given they got lucky in the first game. Would've lost that.
