Weve discussed on here in other threads the struggle of finding that 5th batsman in english conditions, obviously with jennings and hameed coming through, but could you play bairstow souly as a batsman and gun fielder?

Officially given up on keeping now apparently and just focusing on his batting. Would be interesting if McManus got injured whether he'd step in to take the gloves up again as I'm not entirely sure who was doing it for the 2nd XI at the end of last season.
