This was a sample grill that was sent to us from our manufacturers but it leaves the gap between peak and grill to wide...as all our other grills went to the Warwickshire squad I'm awaiting a new batch....so I put this one on to snap a pic.

Glad u like the look umz :)

Ear pads are masuri ones which fitted into the grill pretty well

All our grills have the metalwork of an "A" on the front of the to distinguish ours from other peoples grills....unless someone else uses that too ??

Apologies all concerned! Im not so with it with helmets, I have had the same one for 3 seasons now, and wouldve been longer had my helmet not been run over by a "team mate"!

Im no physics genius but i think that 'A' design will hold up the structure better than the 2 fragmented 'I's on the masuri grille - its like why bikes use triangles and not squares

Indeed mate more logic behind it than just a pretty A as with most things on the helmet....method in the magners....I'm mean madness!

Tom, on saturday i played against an ayrtek! It was darkish green with a silver/white line down the ridge i think. Unfortunately he got a golden duck and kicked his bat all the way to the changing rooms!
Our keeper said "here comes a stormtrooper" when he saw it - if it wasnt his birthday i would have told him off and spouted the techy stuff from your site to him.
it looked a little bulkier in real life and a little less unusual surprisingly  8) 8) 8)
