Hard luck for England. Some of the batsmen gave away wickets cheaply. New Zealand bowlers showed a lot of class to reign in England scoring rate in some overs. NZ played smart cricket.

Chris Lynn dislocated his right shoulder, his good shoulder. Should he need yet more surgery he will forgo his $1.4m IPL windfall. Could open the door for Guptill or Hales

I got his pre-shoulder dislocation bat and it is a trampoline!
