Morning all, I remember picking the cleft and at the time there was a tiny mark. This has obviously become more pronounced during the sanding phase. The bat was tested and only sent to you because the performance was so good otherwise we would have made another.
If you’re unhappy with the knot I would be happy to replace the bat.

There is no need to replace it, having tested it the performance is outstanding and I am looking forward to using it in a match!
As I said, I have always been very impressed with B3's customer service and will continue to be a customer as the bats I've had are beautifully made and respond fantastically. I will continue to recommend B3 to team mates and other players as well!
I had to explain to my parents that I hadn't ordered a case, they thought id been splashing out! Another example of great customer service!
