Right theres been quite a bit of crap posted on the forum the last week or so, along with a few arguments.

This needs to stop now. If something goes on your not happy about PM me and I can advise, please stop making topics when a PM could be sent. Please stop having little digs over the forum.

THINK before you post, if the post is likely to cause/inflame an argument just dont post it.

Modertors will be "shooting on site" from now on anyone causing trouble will be banned.

Too much back biting just lately, we don't want the forum going the way others have, so lets all just make an effort please :)
If we must argue maybe a UFC cage could be brought to that forum match?

SillyShilly and I as a tag team pair, now there's a thought......

This one one of my last fights under the name Giant Haystacks, I later changed it to Low Loader Haystacks after I lost my trim fighting shape by eating too much.....

I'm 17 stone, 6 foot 3, and prettty fit.
But also did 2 forms of martial arts for 20 years in all! So I could be a good half of a tag team too?  ??? If anyone wants to team up?

Cheers guuys - its nice that people wanna team up!  :D

Pro - I did boxing for a year or so - blooming hard work!
After training, may left arm would shake if I lifted it, cos it tired my muscles so much with all the jabbing!
But always loved to spa - but prefered sparring in Karate more - maybe felt more confortable being able to use feet AND hands!
Or maybe cos it was just another line of defence?

pete i love boxing only bit i hated was the running with bin liners on to keep the weight down and only allowed eating toast in a morning without butter
