I'm a huge fan of the feel of batting gloves with pittard palms. I currently have a pair of Newbery SPS (2017 range) which I find brilliant especially as I like the 'white-out' look - they're not cheap but they're going strong after 100+ innings and half as many nets.
However, from 2018 onwards Newbery's SPS gloves no longer have Pittard Palms - they're now sheep-skin leather! The Newbery Legacy range are pittards, though the palms look slightly different and they're not fully white sadly.
Does anybody have any recommendations for good quality pittard gloves? White-outs ideally, but can be swayed. Been looking around for some and the Keeley Superior seem to fit the bill - same price range as the SPS? Phantom, Przym etc look good but I haven't found any of the latter in local stores (SE London) so far.
Alternatively, if anybody knows where I could find Newbery SPS gloves from 2017 / before that would also be an option. Thanks in advance!
