Other players have their days out and look great but you know it’s just a flash in the pan (stokes vs sa, rohit in India etc) .. smith just keeps playing test cricket and being boringly consistent

It’s a shame he got boos after reaching 50. Also pretty stupid - you don’t want to give extra motivation to a player like Smith

and you dont want cheats in the game, they should never have taken sandpaper onto the field, that "extra motivation" worked for Mr Warner didnt it today!

Tbf the players couldn’t care less what the drunk footy fans do. Cheer or boo..

Warne and Sanga said as much and I’d trust an ex player to be honest over a current one

S Ravi the Indian umpire was pretty rubbish but unfortunately most of the others are pretty rubbish as well eg Wilson is clearly incompetent

Exactly, I saw an interview with Roy where he said he doesnt hear anything when in the middle unless its seriously loud!

They're professional sportsmen they should be able to switch off from it

It's got nothing to do with race, it's to do with ability. The commentators were said thatthey felt the Aussie and English umpires were currently the best on the list.
