His fingers were behind the ball, not under it.

Not from side on, you couldn't tell from front on

Out 100 percent out

I think opinions will depend what side of the fence you sit on, for me I could clearly see his pinky finger behind the ball when it was touching grass, but as I say, people tend to see what they want.

Clearly not out for me.

Either way, heck of a knock from Labuschagne.

I’m on England’s side of the fence and it bounced.

Anyway that’s a ripper of a catch!!!

But.
If labuschange wasn’t sweeping outside leg and paine isn’t trying to pull. Neither for hose happen.
Are Australia trying to save this or not?

His pinky and ring finger were behind ball bent on ground from side on,not under. Ball bounced in hands from front angle that's not not. Don't need any other angle if it's not out.

That drop by Roy proving very costly

Picking Roy (as an opener anyway) is proving pretty costly.

3rd umpire making shockers too

We are talking about Joel Wilson so no surprise there  ;)

Well played to both England and Australia.  Excellent game of test cricket.

A good game in the end thanks to Stokes getting runs when we needed it. Archer will get the headlines and well deserved but great performance by Leach I though showing the value of a specialist spinner , keeping things quiet so the seamers are trying to get wicket not worry too much about giving away a few runs.

Interesting now what England will do to try to get more from the batting order. I think myself if we are going to stick with Roy it's best move him now with 3 matches still to go. Him and Denly to swap places is an option.

Think the boos for him walking back out after being hit was pathetic

Archer hit a few in the WC and did the same - walked back and didn’t bother checking

Bad sportsmanship from Archer honestly. Test match cannot be at its best when one does not show good sportsmanship.

I think the tv footage didn't help him! They said the same on sky this morning, the clip of him laughing was after smith got up and once buttler had already checked on smith

Archer also checked bto make sure marnus was ok after his whack too!

We're a funny bunch we've all been looking forward to having big bad Archer and now he's too big and bad!

I think jofras interviews afterwards speak volumes about his character

England have showed enough concern post match for me, I'm sure none of the players want anyone injured.we are not that sort of team.

Intimidatory fast bowling is rare these days but back a few years and we have been on the end of a lot of it. The West Indies of the eighties  used it as well as Australia.

It's part of the game if you have a bowler that quick you are going to use it. Hopefully Smith recovers in time for the third test and although the actual ball missed protection thank god for helmets I say.
