Looks lovely that mate, nice shape. Bit less low than some of your usuals?

Thanks mate. Yeah was asked for a big bat at 2lbs 12oz, with a sweeping low/mid middle. Reckon its on brief and feels really nice.

I saw a Facebook live the other day with Paul Aldred and one thing he said was a good bat maker has a natural eye for a great shape and seems to come easier to some than others. From what Iv seen so far @jonny77 your bats and shapes look spot on mate and finishing seems really good.

Hope to try one one day

Thanks mate, really appreciate that. I'm just trying to improve everything I do all the time and wouldn't put something out there which I didn't think was good enough. Always more to learn and trying to do this all the time as I progress.

Bit bored, so started shaping this one. Just got to decide whether to keep it or sell it. Decisions decisions!  🤔

Be good to bet feedback on the shape. Will be 2lbs 9.5oz finished.

Looks nice buddy. Slightly smaller spine height than normal? Or is that just the perspective of the photo?

Thanks mate. Just sneaks through the gauge, so approx 65/66mm. Very little concaving to, so good coverage.

All done but for a final polish. For what will be 2lbs 10oz when stickered, its got some wood in it!

Any feedback is appreciated as always...

Like that shape a lot, looks to be a lot of wood in for the weight.

Thanks mate. Yeah there is. Almost maxing the gauge out, 40mm edge and approx 64/65mm some with minimal concaving. Really nice size and picks up really nice imo.
