@Thamesvalley it's a G2 Butterfly, so £249.99. Shoulder is 15mm, as is the GM. The GM toe at the edges is 16mm and 18mm. My version is 20mm each side. It's got a couple of mm more through the splice and a mm or so more on the spine height through the middle too.

GM weighs 2lbs 11 3/8oz in grip, stitches and scuff.mine is 2lbs 11 1/4 with grip, so will weigh slightly more when scuffed and stickered. Good size handles on both, roughly the same bit mine is semi oval, so a few more mm in one direction.

Both are full but i wouldn't say convex. Mine has maybe a mm of concaving, but that's it.

Stain was on the back, but it's gone through shaping. There is a small stain you can see near the toe on the edge, but that's all.

Pressed and shaped this beauty today for stock, as just couldn't resist anymore! 😆 Currently 2lbs 9oz bang on after one pass with the sander. Nice thick semi oval handle, thick toe, shoulders and splice. Feels incredible!

That is a lovely bat, as ever Jonny. Is that your JS175 shape? Just trying to calibrate my brain with how far the max spine is up from the toe!

Thanks mate. Finished and stickered up. 2lbs 11.5oz fully dressed with toe guard. Feels great in the hands with a really good sized semi oval handle. Bit of a looker too.

Gonna be hard not to put this one into the bag! 😆

My son and I popped in to see Jonny last week, primarily to drop off his bat for repair and look at his pads and gloves. As it's his 13th birthday next week, then we decided he could have a new bat, so his eyes promptly lit up at the prospect.

We both came away really impressed. Jonny spent more than an hour chatting to us to make sure he was getting what he wanted in his new bat, from picking a cleft, deciding on desired weight, handle shape, choosing a suitable profile etc etc. I think my son came away feeling really positive that someone would take that much time going through everything to ensure his new bat was hopefully everything he needed.

He finished coming away with an order for a new JS175, new pads and new gloves. I don't know who's more excited now to see the finished product, we can't wait.  :)
