A few changes from last year.
In - homemade butterfly stickered  XX cricket. Pressed and handled by Red Ink. Lovely performance.
Garage and Flack butterfly. I like this one.
Phantom G3. Total plank
Out - Salix Raw. A large piece flew off playing a defensive shot. Boo boo was a cracker.
Missing - Aldred supreme butterfly, on loan.

I will get rid of all my bats except the XX I shaped and the Garrard and flack as I need to raise some cash for a little business.
Pads - morrants International. Best pads ever. Puma calibre 5000. Will probably sell the pumas.

Gloves Puma platinum 5000. Iridium 5000, something else 4000. Love all these. Garrard and flack, unused but feel good. SG lite ate. Too small and tight.
Garrard and flack keeping gloves. Will never be used as I don’t keep wicket!
Bag Slazenger pro tour. £20, had it 3 years and hasn’t missed a beat. Brilliant.

I used that Morrant pads last season and won’t ever go back. Got a few comments and a bit of chatter but they’re an absolute “game-changer”!

Seen a few pics recently of the BAS 2 strap offering, anyone had any experience with these??

Are you saying you liked them?
Did have some MRF 2 strap pads but I found them bulky like some GM pads I used to have.

I'm only a 100 odd posts in and so far I have changed every last bit of my own kit and my sons. I've got indian guys phone numbers who send me pictures of bats and all sorts.... run.... whilst you still can.

It all started by buying some new grips too......

I think my total lack of proper run scoring last season will keep me in check... For now  :D

There is a part of me that is trying to convince me that what I need is a new bat and not the equivalent cost spent on one-to-one coaching 😅

Four posts in and you get it.

Get the coaching.

Doesn't leave me with a nice, new bat to look at but it's a lot more appealing since my club brought in subsidised sessions with the club pro as part of the membership fee each season!

A pro bat with sharpie writing on the toe will score you way more runs

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

I got the coaching, the coach had a lovely bat and it made me jealous.... it led me here

I have been offered a sponsorship with @Neon Cricket this season, and have placed an order for gloves, pads, black pads and a bag, plus stickers for my current sticks. I will be adding a Neon bat soon as well. Pics will follow, but at present:

Helmets- Shrey Ti with BCC embroidery, Masuri OS2 Ti.
Thigh pads- Aero P1
Pads- Neon white and black.
Gloves- Neon x 2 (for now)
Bag- Neon
Spikes- NB red from last season, potentially my old Nike Lunar Dominate which I occasionally use still.
Other bits- Ayrtek sweatband (I got the small, unbadged one), 2x Sidearms.
Potentially looking at keeping kit as well for my coaching commitments.
Bats- JP Gavan Featherblade (blue Neon stickers on route), B3 LE (pink stickers on route) and my Hunts (white stickers on route). Planning on getting a Neon in the near future as well.

Like I say, pictures will follow!

What are you now @Canners  - some kind of 'kitpimp'?

@Canners has been a kit pimp for about 10 years...
