I’m feeling quite jealous that the criminals seem to have found another run machine. Why can’t that happen with England.
Because Labuschagne was dropped and told to iron out his technical issues - which he did in Wales. Whilst our bunch of ‘superstars’ live on the ‘it’s my natural game’ motto.

A bit disrespectful, no?

This

Ballance went away.. hasn’t changed
Bairstow went away first time and changed .. now he doesn’t want to as he’s a white baller now
Butter.. seems to want to but also isn’t changing
Lyth didn’t change
Robson didn’t change

Not just technically but probably mentally too

How many years now have we been told about England being positive.. pro active.. brand of cricket .. counter attacking.. entertaining ...all those other buzz words

Also, watch him (and Smith tbf) bat.. they have technical issues but.. but.. they are disciplined and only play when they want and don’t generally get caught playing to many shots . Again, unlike most of this englsnd line up, who think stroke making is the way forward

Prior to 2019, Marnus had zero scores above 150 in red cricket. Within 6 months he’s done it 5-6 times. That’s what listening and learning helps you achieve

If yes, can we send it to England batsmen, but will they listen and be willing to change  ;)

Embarrassing performance from New Zealand. One of the worst series they’ve played in a very very long time.

If you have any aspirations of winning in Australia you need at least two/three 140kph+ bowlers. New Zealand had a horror with injuries but Boult, Southee and Henry at all mid 130s. Ferguson was the X factor but got injured.

Australia had Starc, Cummins, Pattinson and Hazlewood all 140+, Starc more closer to 150.

Warner certainly loves facing medium pacers at home though, 786 at over 100. Labuschagne was the stand out though 794 at 100+. Passed 50 in all but one innings.
