How many times are these keeleys been pressed? Or how many times keeleys are generally pressed?

You might well be right, perhaps I just had the model.

I have just watched a GCCC video from 7 years ago and the players edition is very different to the bat I had. However it also looks very different to this bat - still has the large edges but much more concaving and it does look to have had a higher spine and middle.

Yes, I suspect that'll be because what Warner uses now will be pretty different from what he used then, when there were no limits in the depth of a cricket bat. Tim does/did do a pre-regs Warner, I'll try dig it out for some snaps.

These were advertised as the Warner Profile bats a couple of years back:

And here's a snap of the profile of what David Warner was using in some matches. Not the same profile from my eyes, but players will get bats from all sorts of sources.

A controversial subject which was discussed on another page and the consensus from industry experts was that whether its once or thrice it makes no difference.

During gulf war 2, we were delivered local bottled water whose tagline was "Thrice Purified" To my mind, that didnt say much about the quality of their purification process if you had to do it 3 times!

Talking to TK, his pressing process is a bit like the colonels secret sauce recipe!!

What happened to that guy who had 10 identical Gunn and Moore Players Editions, then decided he was switching to Keeley?

Can't imagine that it doesn't make any difference.

It doesn't, whether a bat has a 2 stage press, or a 3 stage press or an 8 stage press, as long as the fibres are hardened enough to hit a ball and make the bat perform it doesn't matter at all.

If you press your bats 4 times it's  better cos it's 1 more..

A la spinal tap..  :D

I mean, it's not like your going to be whacking loads of cricket balls on it or anything...

Thanks chad! Mine doesn’t look too dissimilar to those.
