Why would this have anything to do with Salix?? Bit out of order bringing any reputable brand in to this.

Your original post, "Is this the same model and Salix and HitsHard?", makes no real sense because of the double and. If you change the first 'and' to 'as' it is clear that you're comparing it in business model only, but with the double and it does potentially imply that this is also owned by the same people who own Salix. Perhaps edit your original post to avoid further confusion.
