That's a mighty harsh judgment, presume you don't like the bloke.
He was, or maybe still is, No 1 rated world t20 batsman, I think he been unlucky not to be given a chance in the tests also.
The fact that England still picked him when we have such strong limited overs players means they must rate him.
Whether he gets in the starting 11 for the WC might depend on if we need another spin option in the UAE and Livingstone gets in first.
The only thing I've seen him do that others don't is play himself in a bit more, that might put pressure on others,or that might mean he takes responsibility to get us over the line in a tight game-as per the other night.
