johnny do you ever got to the kfc on the back of bae samelsbury and i know the golf club near mitton fold good course
Sorry. I try to do both, but my aim is to get it as good as I can when finished, so for example if I have a piece that is not great looking and feels a little heavy before hand then it would start out a lower grade based on that, but I will try to get the best from it and will reassess when complete, of course it may stay the same or even get lower. I am certainly not claiming to get it perfect, but trying to do the best I can and learn a skill I think is great, and at this stage make something that I am happy to use.Obviously I'm stil learning more and more as i go and at the very early stages, so any advice appreciated.
Sounds like he grades initially on cleft weight and looks. Then performance after the bat is made.
