I've had similar experiences with B+B which is a shame considering how long they have been around. I tried out Cheshire Shoe Repairs like a few others mentioned and cant fault their work on two pairs of kayanos

Personally never seen the benefit of spiked trainers and judging by the comments seems a bit of a waste except for the fact you may get some individuality from a spiked pair of trainers. Don’t believe anything will be a good overall as Adidas cricket shoes based on the fact that they are the market leader in terms of footwear in sort overall I believe and the RD budgets and teams must be best in there fields.

Just replaced my SL22 boost with a new pair and last ones last 5 seasons so god knows how many pairs of trainers would have gone through. Also ones I seem to see sold are like entry level trainers that are then sold at £100+ Due to now being spiked, still low quality footwear in a lot of instances.

Any way just my view from a happy Adidas customer lol

Does Roy field in the same shoes? If you've got Jason Roy money to throw at kit it might make more financial sense 😅

They’re done by a local guy to me. He’s on Instagram @aob_customkicks, does a fair few for pros now and even has one for Marnus too!

I am the same, more from an injury point of view. Bad Achilles so trainers are a life saver

Adam Rossington of Essex is wearing a pair of spiked Nike Revolution 5. As mentioned, they seem to pick up dirt!

Matt Critchley was wearing these. The Thornster clearly has his finger on the pulse.

My pair of Nike Court Vapor Lite were converted by Brian & Brenda; after a couple of games wearing them, the rubber sole has become dilapidated so I got a pair of Nike Court Air Zoom Vapor Pro converted by Cheshire Shoe Repairs and after a few games wear and being broken in, they are a really great pair to get converted.

They only sell their own selection, depends on the shoe but starts at ~£180+

Can't fault the lads, great service/product but obviously comes at a cost.
