Great customer service

Just wanted to call out some great customer service from the team at Keeley. Son has a Keeley Superior in a harrow which has been an awesome bat for him, he noticed the handle had started to flex and when changed a bat grip we could see a crack in the neck.

Contacted Keeley and they asked to see the bat and sent out a free postage label - on receipt they confirmed could repair and a week later all fixed. New handle, new grip, new stickers and scuff sheet plus a clean up of the blade. All free of charge which was excellent considering we were a month passed the 12 month warranty. Next game my son scored his first 100 with it!

Love this story... Well done to your son! Customer Service can go unnoticed at times but it's great to hear you've had a wonderful experience.

Glad to hear your son scored a ton! It's always good to hear success stories when work has been done on a bat!
