Friend of my son went and visited WCW (not booked) and they were great in giving him and family a full tour around etc.  This was a couple of weeks ago and at that time there was an eight week wait for a bat due to demand so something is working. They bought some gloves that they are very happy with and look very nice.

Why would you offer discounts/deals for bats that had a waiting list? I'm perplexed as to why you'd think they'd need to give discounts to sell if the turnaround time is 8 weeks due to demand...

Of course they don’t need to but often it does happen when in a workshop or a deal is offered

They didn't order one....I think had one been available they might have gone for it, they were on holiday in area so just checking them out.

If they are pumping them out or getting decent traction in the uk  ppl who are buying are not putting them up for resale

Very rare to see one on the bay

I’m sure they are decent bats and the branding is eye-catching. What surprises me is how they can suddenly afford to flood professional circuit with their bats.

I think it’s a Roar ..

I didn't really mention this, as I had assumed it might have been just me being ignorant - but have you got your brands mixed up? There's an SG Roar, but there's no WCW Roar...

Unless you're working for WCW and trying to tease a new range? In which case please do share

Not when people will pay £700 for a bat it’s not really surprising, what’s surprising is that price point can be demanded by a new brand and people pay it. More than GM players or Keeley.

Some of the nicest branding wise to hit the market recently helps a lot with a younger market I imagine
