Thanks for sharing Chad!

Very pleasantly surprised by your thoughts on the gray nics range. Seems I was a bit quick to write them off.

Thanks Chad.

Always glad to see your Christmas thread come up.

Appreciate the work that must go into doing those reviews!

As said by others it does nothing for my bank balance however 🤣

Really enjoyed the long reads each day - thanks for taking the time to put them up @Chad

Some lovely bats, but I enjoyed your take on them even more.

Great work @Chad and appreciate you writing these up and including the Butterfly from me, hopefully people enjoyed seeing the pics and the bat.

I've seen most of these bats and there were some lovely sticks in amongst them. Out of the retailers I've visited, the GNs were some of the nicer ones from the bigger boys, and Chad had some nice ones in there.

Thanks for the kind words @jonny77 - I charge £100 per review - I accept Klarna if you can't pay in full now. 😂😂😂 Honestly, thanks again for having me round to check out the workshop and even playing around with tools and the press - that Butterfly was too nice to not grab on top of the customs! Thanks for reading!

Lovely stuff as always @Chad and long may it continue (while you can be arsed 😂). Done nothing for my bat buying fever though!

Lol you can always make a wee trip over to make your next purchase 😂 Thanks for reading!

Thanks for sharing Chad!

@ch1p they're absolutely amazing - you definitely need to just give me all your Keeleys and just go and find GNs. ;) Jokes aside, if you're near a retailer, definitely worth a visit to pick through some of the stock! Thanks for reading! :)

Thanks Chad - I’ve really enjoyed each post and every bonus post

The whole purpose of the thread hahaha - had wanted to pick out a decent selection of off the shelf bats for review (I know, mostly GM/GN heavy) so people know what's available this year. I could have done customs, but I haven't had a HUGE number of them done by different makers... Thanks for reading! Which 6 were you thinking? 😂

The bank balanced screamed going on this trip! Hopefully none now until the new range is out - and I'll have to think of something else to do next Christmas - this was super time consuming and pricey! 😂 Thanks again for reading! :)

I'd happily go up and down scouring retailers more often if I won the lottery or something - I do enjoy seeing bats and picking gems as well as appreciating good craftsmanship. Glad you enjoyed - thanks again for reading! :)

You're welcome - thanks for reading! :)

Thank you @Chad wonderful as always!

Thanks for reading! What you gonna buy now @velvetsky01 ? 😂

Thanks for the effort you have put in to each review - I've looked forward to each one, wondering what could be next!
Some interesting shapes there, and also some that I thought you would never see again in a new bat.  I honestly didn't think anyone was making profiles like that Warsop any more, but obvioulsy they must sell a few.

It's superb - Hanif did pick out a very nice one for me. Always a treat to pop in and visit, my go to for the Indian brands!

Thanks for taking the time to read! Appreciate it isn't for everyone, but can't help but make purchases and nerd out a little around bats  :D

Thanks for reading! Yeah, took a while, but have so many that I've not reviewed, so figured I'd give myself a bit of a kick in the butt by doing this series. :)

Believe it or not, it's not anything that might be as visually stunning as some of these - can be a bit precious about bats, so my match bat tends to be one I love, but am not afraid of throwing my hands at the ball with!

From what I could tell, was a stock shape they offered, even though this one was kind of a made to order to replace one that was defective. I do love to see the round faced traditional style profiles. They just work, hit the ball as far as any, and generally outlast a lot of the modern bats. Thanks for reading! :)
