I'm actually waiting for the day all Ben Foakes' disciples turn up at The Oval.

Beat me to it. Although I'd have probably used "  ".

Really felt like there was a huge shift of momentum today. The Aussies looked completely and utterly rattled in the field.

Hats off to baz mccullum- this is exactly why he wanted crawley. Will fail a lot, but every now and then will do what he did today.

He did bat amazingly well and it does shift momentum when it comes off.

OT always spins you presume they don’t think their spinner is up to standard despite the rain being forecast.

I think Mo could have an influence in their second innings

I am continually shocked at the flip flopping of comments from you English fans  :D

Do you want Crawley opening or not? Do you like Stokes and McCullum's way or not? Make up your mind  ;)

LOL. Very true. Seems like bazball has more buy in outside of England than in England.

Exactly. I want India to follow suit as well. They have the talent. Just needs backing. And I don't think bringing back Rahane was the right thing to do. Against a weak team like WI they could have definitely tried the emerging players.

I'm a big fan of the Stokes/McCullum approach, but that doesn't mean they can't improve. I think it was always going to be hard against a very potent Aussie attack, but we could easily be up in this series without fielding errors.

Tests selling out all 5 days in advance tells you all you need to know. We also have ex players, out of the game for years turning up at club nets wanting to play - cricket is definitely on the rise in england.

I dont believe it should be either/or - I'd play both, just with Foakes as keeper.
